To be employable, one must possess the skills to get, keep, and do well at a job.
Some of these skills (Hard, Soft, and Transferrable) are lacking in today’s youths, thus accounting for the high rate of unemployment.
Enhancing Youth Employability (EYE) is our pioneer project focused on equipping students in Junior and Secondary Schools with Hard, Soft, and Transferrable skills.
